WICCA - The Wiccan Collection - THE WICCAN STAG
The Stag is an enduring symbol of masculine power and energy. His horns are kind of a crown, and were once worn by Celtic kings during the coronation rite in the days before Christianity came to Europe. The Pentacle is a symbol of the order of the Cosmos. Its five points stand for the primorodial elements out of which the Universe is made: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit. Together, these two essential symbols stand for the harmonious and life affirmative union of masculine power with the natural order of existence. When sacred masculinity is attacked, it attacks.
